Do you think any of the age limit laws need changing? Eg. The driving age, the drinking age, etc. etc. Which ones, and why?

in uk, i think there are different laws which need addressing, such as the Animal Welfare Act (2006) which states that animals should be free to express natural behaviour, but they should also not be fed live vertebrates, therefore contradictory. i could go on and on.
